Amendments

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the Casinos' websites. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the Casinos after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendments, your only option is to stop using the services.

Participation and Eligibility

Using the Casinos is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You acknowledge the inherent risk of losing money when gambling. Online gambling may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that participation is legal where you reside before registering or placing real money bets. We make no representations regarding the legality in your location and accept no liability for any unlawful use.

Players must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We may request proof of age and identity at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if verification fails or if we suspect underage activity. All bets and winnings from ineligible players will be voided.

Employees, officers, directors, consultants, agents, and their relatives (including spouses, partners, parents, children, or siblings) of GoldenPharaoh LTD or its affiliates, suppliers, or vendors are prohibited from using the Casinos for personal entertainment.

The Casinos do not accept players from the following countries: Afghanistan, Philippines, Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan, Panama, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Yemen, Israel, the United States, and South Africa.

Legal Compliance and Rules

The Casinos operate under proper authorization and regulation. Additional rules of play may be introduced and will be binding on you. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at our discretion.

Player Representations and Warranties

By using the Casinos, you warrant that:

• You have confirmed that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are of legal age and sound mind.
• All personal information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and you will update us promptly of any changes.
• Funds used for deposits and wagers are lawfully yours and not derived from illegal activities. Credit/debit card names must match your registered account name.
• You will not charge back or reverse payments.
• You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred and for reporting/taxing winnings to relevant authorities.
• You consent to our Privacy Policy and potential disclosure of information in cases of suspected illegality.
• You are responsible for your own devices, internet access, and related costs.
• You do not find the Casinos' content offensive or objectionable.
• No credit will be extended except where permitted by regulation or as part of promotions.

Account Registration and Security

You must register with accurate information and choose a secure password. You are solely responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Only one account per person is allowed; multiple accounts will result in closure. Verification via email or SMS may be required. Withdrawals will only be paid to the registered account holder's name. Minimum deposit is typically 20 credits, though some methods or offers may require more.

Account Suspension, Exclusion, and Termination

We may refuse registration, suspend, exclude, or terminate any account at any time, without notice or reason. In such cases, we may withhold funds, exclude you from affiliated sites, report illegal activity to authorities, or take other appropriate measures. Fraudulent payments, including stolen cards or chargebacks, may lead to account blocking, reversal of payouts, and recovery actions.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months will incur a monthly maintenance fee of €5 (or equivalent). If inactive for 30 months despite contact attempts, remaining balances may be forfeited. Funds in accounts do not accrue interest. Unused bonus credits expire after 30 days.

Prohibited Activities and Anti-Money Laundering

We comply with anti-money laundering laws and may report suspicious activity. No cash deposits are accepted. Large withdrawals may require verified documentation. Players must wager deposits at least once before withdrawing. Withdrawals are processed weekdays after a pending period and may incur fees. Third-party transfers are prohibited.

Lifetime withdrawals exceeding five times lifetime deposits may be paid in weekly increments of 5,000 credits (excluding progressive wins). Players with lifetime deposits ≤ €200 may withdraw up to 10x their last deposit. Use of AI software, irregular betting patterns (e.g., bets ≥30% of bonus value, even-money betting, bet manipulation to meet wagering), or shared environments may result in bonus denial, winnings confiscation, or account closure.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Casinos for personal entertainment. All content, software, trademarks, and materials remain our or our licensors' property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the Casinos.

Promotions and Publicity

Winners of significant prizes may be required to participate in publicity, using first name only. Promotions have specific rules that supplement these Terms; conflicts are resolved in favor of promotion-specific terms. We may deny bonuses if abuse is suspected.

Disclaimers and Warranties

The Casinos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for viruses, errors, or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or issues beyond our control (e.g., force majeure). Maximum liability shall not exceed €100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Casinos.

Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated. We may terminate immediately for any reason, including breach. You may terminate by contacting support, effective within 7 days. Upon termination, cease use and settle outstanding amounts.

General Provisions

These Terms are governed by applicable laws with exclusive jurisdiction in relevant courts. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. No waiver or partnership is implied. We may assign rights; you may not. English version prevails in case of translation discrepancies.

Bonus Terms

Promotions use GMT. Bonuses generally require 50x wagering (100x for no-deposit). Only slots count fully unless stated otherwise. Irregular play voids bonuses/winnings. No-deposit bonus winnings capped at €100. Bonuses expire if unused within 30 days or if wagering unmet.

Welcome Package

New eligible players receive up to €6,000 across five deposits: 400% + 100 spins (up to €2,000), 200% + 50 spins (up to €1,000), 150% + 25 spins (up to €1,000), 100% (up to €1,000), and 100% (up to €1,000). Subsequent deposits must occur within 7 days of the first. 50x wagering applies. One account per player; prior recipients ineligible.

Management decisions are final in all disputes. Participation requires full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
